A range of eight cards capturing key landscape features and monuments in Kilmartin Glen and nearby locations. Argyll, and in particular, Kilmartin Glen has a rich history and numerous monuments from Mesolithic, Neolithic and the Bronze Age. Each card has a short description about the subject on the reverse.

Rock art was created by Neolithic and Bronze Age people over 4,000 years ago, often in places with views across the landscape. The intricate and enigmatic motifs can be difficult to see from the ground but by using photographic modeling we are able to see them more clearely.

The Nether Largie Standing Stones were possibly built during the Middle Bronze age 3,000 years ago (1400 – 1050BC). The print shows a general view of the site and features the central stone that is heavily cup marked. The stones are each around 2.75m tall. Close by is Nether Largie South Carin and Temple Wood Stone Circle.
