Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, who provide us with this online e-commerce platform. Payments are processed using a secure and trusted online payment system.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch gift card orders within 1-2 working days. Prints are individually produced on demand and may take up to 5 working days before despatch. Occasionally, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we'll let you know if this is the case. 

We pack all our products carefully to ensure they arrive in great condition. Cards and prints up to A4 size will be sent out flat in board-backed Do Not Bend envelopes. Larger prints will be rolled and sent out in a postal tube. Currently post, packing and VAT charges are included in the price, but we reserve the right to change this if third-party costs increase. If we do make price changes, they will be shown on the product page and/or checkout.

All UK orders are sent 1st class post by Royal Mail.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in the shop in denominations of £15, £25, £50, and £100. 

On placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email plus an email with a link to your personal gift voucher page. This page can be forwarded or printed out as a gift. Please keep this email safe as you will need it to access your gift voucher code and balance.

Gift vouchers have no expiry date and can be used across multiple purchases. Your gift voucher balance can be accessed by clicking on the link in your original email from us.

Returns
We hope you love your Monumental purchase. However, we are happy to refund or replace damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue. You will be responsible for your postage costs when returning an item to us. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us, we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund, we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks.

We put a lot of care into the design and making of our products, and this guide should tell you everything you need to know about them and how to look after them.

Prints
We partner with people who know their craft to deliver the very best prints we can, using a variety of techniques and some of the world’s best paper.

Our giclée prints are crafted in Somerset by experienced fine art printers using the highest quality paper and archival inks. This means your prints will not fade over time and are guaranteed to last for over 100 years! This is why our prints cost a little more than standard digital prints.

All our prints are supplied unframed. Wherever possible, we’ve designed our prints to fit standard-size off-the-shelf frames, but if you want to really look after them, we recommend you have them professionally mounted and framed. Please avoid hanging prints in direct sunlight or areas of high moisture, as this will reduce the quality and can distort the paper.

Canvas prints
Printed using archival inks on high-quality, fine art grade cotton canvas material. Stretcher frame is 38mm European kiln-dried knotless pine. Hand-finished with a protective coating.

Unlike giclée prints, large format canvas prints do not need framing.
