New facilities and interpretation at The Heights of Abraham

Over the winter months designs and planning applications were submitted for new developments at The Heights of Abraham, visitor and heritage attraction in the Derbyshire Peak District. Steve Keeling has worked with this client for many years developing venues, designing exhibitions, publicity and publications etc. As part of his ongoing work he has recently completed restaurant and café interior design projects and in the last few months has extended the café seating area on to a terrace overlooking the Derwent Valley. This will improve the catering operation, ease customer flow and provide a more enjoyable visitor experience. As part of a wider estate management process, Monumental is bringing the historic aspects of the site to greater prominence through information panels and the reinterpretation of key locations.
